Prepare your visit
Late Arrivals
All public events — performances and workshops — start on time. Out of respect for the artists and the audience, entry to the venue is no longer guaranteed after the scheduled start time of the performance or workshop.
→ We recommend collecting your tickets during box office opening hours and/or at least 30 minutes before each show.
→ The box office opens 1 hour before performances, during weekday opening hours, and is accessible 24/7 via the online ticketing platform..
Inside the Theatres
- Seating is either free (unreserved seats) and/or reserved — please check your ticket.
- Eating or drinking inside the venue is prohibited.
- Photography (with or without flash), filming, or recording of performances is forbidden without prior authorization. Please contact us for any requests.
- The use of mobile phones (even on silent mode or as a camera) is strictly prohibited once the performance has started.
Ticket office
- On performance evenings, tickets are sold only for that evening’s show.
- Tickets for performances cannot be exchanged or refunded (except in case of show cancellation).
- When a show or public event is no longer available for booking, the box office staff offers a waiting list registration, only on site, 30 minutes before each performance.
- If performances show as unavailable online, some tickets may still be available at the Agora box office. Feel free to contact us at +33 (0)4 67 60 83 60 or come to the venue half an hour before the show starts; we will add you to the waiting list.
Accessibility (PRM)
- The Agora is accessible to people with reduced mobility. To better prepare your visit, please inform us of your attendance when booking. Phone: +33 (0)4 67 60 83 60
Bar
- The Agora bar is open 1 hour before and 1 hour after public events for a moment of conviviality and exchange.
