Payment is required at the time of purchase via our online ticket office or by telephone.
On show nights, tickets are only sold for the evening performance.

Plan your visit:

Plan your visit to ICI-CCN so that you can collect your ticket during box office opening hours and avoid waiting too long on the night of the show.
We suggest you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the show to avoid queuing.
All public events - shows and practices - start on time. Out of respect for the artists and the public, access to the hall is no longer guaranteed beyond the start time of the performance/practice.
Seating is free (unnumbered).
If your ticket is lost, stolen or forgotten, it will not be replaced or refunded (except in the event of a show cancellation). For shows, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
For practices - dance clubs and EN COMMUN workshops - tickets can be exchanged up to D-1 by contacting the ticket office on 04 67 60 06 70.
In the event of withdrawal, please contact the box office on 04 67 60 06 70 to free up seats.
When a show or public event is no longer available for booking, the ticket office will put you on a waiting list, on site only, 30 minutes before each performance.
It is forbidden to photograph (with or without flash), film or record shows without permission. For all requests, please contact us.
The ICI bar welcomes you 1 hour before and 1 hour after the public performances for a friendly chat.
