Delays

All public events - shows and practices - start on time. Out of respect for artists and audiences, access to the venue is no longer guaranteed beyond the start time of the performance/practice.    
→ We recommend that you collect your tickets from opening hours from the box office and/or at least 30 minutes before each performance.    
→ The box office is open 1 hour before the performance, during weekday opening hours and can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the online ticketing. 
 

In the auditorium

  • Free seating in the auditorium (unumbered).
  • It is forbidden to eat or drink inside the auditorium.
  • It is forbidden to photograph (with or without flash), film or record shows without permission. For all requests, please contact us.
  • The use of mobile phones (even silent or as a camera) is strictly forbidden once the performance has begun.


Ticket office

  • On show nights, tickets are only sold for the evening performance.
  • For shows, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded (except in the event of show cancellation). For practices - dance clubs and EN COMMUN workshops - tickets can be exchanged on presentation of your unused ticket, within three days of the date of the practice.
  • When a performance or public event is no longer available for booking, the ticket office will put you on a waiting list, on site only, 30 minutes before each performance.
  • When shows are unavailable for booking on the internet, there may still be places available at the CCN box office. Please contact us on 04 67 60 06 70 or come to the box office ½ hour before the start of the show and we will put you on the waiting list.
