In 1996, Christian founded "l'association fragile" and presents performances, dancing objects and solo or group pieces alternating with other projects or commissions for opera, fashion and the visual arts. 

On January 1st 2015, he takes over the direction of the Centre chorégraphique national de Montpellier.
